Nikiéma Consults is a consultancy firm specialized in the provision of services towards the development and strengthening of education and training. Its ambition is to help sustainably strengthen the capacities of education and training in order to make it a vector of inclusive and sustainable development. Nikièma Consults is a bridge builder between education and training actors in Europe and Africa.
It offers its support to its partners to design and implement their projects and programmes. If required, Nikièma Consults helps the partners to mobilize funding for these projects and programmes from third parties. Overall, Nikièma Consults support focuses on improving performance at the following levels:
- individual (professional development of individuals)
- organizational (strengthening the performance of education and training organizations)
- institutional (strengthening the performance of some of the key structures in part or all of the education and training system)
These three levels being interrelated, Nikièma Consults adopts an integrated approach where individual knowledge and skills development is combined with organizational and institutional reforms in order to enable a holistic performance boost.
